  • Lower Senior Math Teacher

    [Job Description]:

    1. Mainly responsible for teaching lower senior math lessons and other subjects under the permission from Lower Senior Head of Academics where necessary.

    2. Produce lesson plans in line with semester arrangements to ensure reasonable teaching progress. Design slides and worksheets with regular review of teaching work taken place to improve teaching qualities.

    3. Participate actively in regular teaching meetings, professional skill training and teaching research seminars; Plan lessons with foreign teachers, conduct cooperative teaching and participate in compilation of school-based textbooks where necessary.

    4. Maintain class orders and differentiate students with appropriate learning targets and requirements using different teaching approaches.

    5. Keep teaching and working areas clean and tidy to create a more engaging learning environment for students.

    6. Organise Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) and participate in boarding management.

    7. Participate in Demo Days, parent meetings and other events to actively support marketing activities and student recruitment.

    8. Provide regular academic or pastoral reports (or through regular conversations) to update parents about students’ performance in school.

    9. Care for students’ physical and mental health and actively communicate with the school leadership to provide constructive feedback and opinions. Ensure students’ health and safety at all times.

    [Requirements]

    1. At least three years of experience in Lower Senior Math teaching; management experience of one year and above as a form teacher is preferred.

    2. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mathematics, applied mathematics, or statistics, etc.

    3. Lower Senior Math Teaching Qualification and Mandarin Level 2B or above required; Candidates with art or sports skills are preferred.

    4. Enthusiasm in education with a high sense of responsibility, open-minded teaching approach and innovative skills.

  • Science Technician

    [Job Description]

    1. Mainly responsible for teaching science/lessons and other subjects under the permission from Head of Academics where necessary.

    2. Cooperate with science teachers to set up experiments according to lesson plans.

    3. Guide students on the appropriate use of scientific and protective equipment.

    4. Identify and familiarise the resources and equipment needed for teaching.

    5. Responsible for the installation, organisation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment; Place order for equipment, materials and consumables required ; Keep and ensure the accuracy of all laboratory records.

    6. Set up appropriate laboratory standard operating procedures (SOP) and implement as necessary.

    7. Conduct or assist experiments including preparation of reagents, interpretation of data, and analysis of results.

    8. Test and maintain safety equipment regularly; Oversee the safety data recording and use of SOP to ensure all safety requirements are being properly complied.

    9. Ensure the proper storage of all laboratory supplies according to the safety guidelines.

    10. Discuss policy and procedures and attend meetings regularly.

    11. Participate and conduct continuous professional training.

    12. Participate in school community activities throughout the year.

    13. Complete other reasonable duties assigned by the Principal.

  • Kindergarten Life Teacher

    [Job Description]

    1. Provide quality care to children with kindergarten teachers and accompany them properly in daily lessons, games and rest.

    2. Assist teachers in dealing with child emergencies.

    3. Supervise children for napping time with teachers.

    4. Assist teachers in conducting outdoor exercises.

    5. Pay close attention to daily healthcare by observing children’s emotions, appetite, sleep and feces.

    6. Complete all childcare requirements and keep relevant records.

    7. Clean and disinfect all cups, towels, bedding, toys, and utensils.

    8. Organise children meals with teachers.

  • Matron

    [Job Description]

    1. Responsible for managing students’ daily routine and taking a good care of their lives in boarding. Guide students to look after personal belongings and develop their independency.

    2. Supervise students to clean up the dormitory and urge them to pay attention to personal hygiene.

    3. Manage students’ table manner to ensure that they have a balanced diet eaten quietly with no waste.

    4. Supervise bed routines for students to get up and go to bed on time upon registration.

    5. Ensure students’ health and safety by seeking medical treatment if found sick or injured and dealing with any emergencies or problems immediately.

    6. Create a home to home atmosphere in boarding houses, care for students’ need and develop them physically, mentally and emotionally.

    7. Maintain after school activity orders for boarders and supervise homework time where necessary.

    8. Organise language and culture related activities, including weekend events to enrich students' after-school life and expand their international vision.

    9. Keep in good contact with the parents through phone or email communication. Receive parental visits, pick up and drop off students to and back from school.

    10. Work with teachers to organise daily lessons and activities.

    [Requirements]

    1. Poly degree or above with education-related majors preferred; Candidates to be able to use English for basic communication.

    2. Fluent Mandarin speaker aged between 25-50 years old with good health condition and decent presentation.
