On June 18, the Sedbergh School Class of 2025 held a graduation ceremony.
With blessings and applause, the students stepped into the meeting.
This year, Sedbergh graduates have achieved outstanding results, leading the way in international education in Fujian: 71% of our graduates were admitted to the Top 30 in the United States, 100% of our graduates were admitted to the Top 10 in the United Kingdom (QS 50), the first Cambridge offer in Fujian, and 100% of our graduates were admitted to the Top 3 colleges in Australia and the Top 3 colleges in Canada. This perfect answer sheet is the fruit of our “whole person education” philosophy.
Admissions cover seven countries and regions, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Switzerland, and Spain, with majors spanning a wide range of fields, including business administration, mathematics, chemistry, fashion management, illustration, hospitality management, biological sciences, and linguistics.
With every offer, it is the all-encompassing support and companionship of Sedbergh School.
At the graduation ceremony, the school leaders sent their blessings and expectations to the graduates of the class of 2025, wishing them to carry their ideals, with the wishes of their alma mater, and bravely run into the future.
Head of US Trevor Godwin commended the students for their resilience in the face of adversity, their ability to turn challenges into stepping stones, and for their remarkable achievement of securing more than 100 offers of admission and millions in scholarships. He hoped that they would continue to move forward with perseverance, humility and courage to achieve great things in the future. In closing, he emphasized that graduates will always be important members of the Sadhguru family.

Teenager's autobiography of school life
At Sdbergh School, every story of growth is as resilient and unhurried as the flowers on campus.
The graduation speeches of Brigitte and David, the student representatives, were based on the theme of flowers in the campus and talked about the three-year growth process. From the tenderness of a seedling on campus, to the support of each other when experiencing failure, and then to the blossoming moment, just like the life journey of a flower from winter to spring. Finally, I would like to wish my fellow students the strength to take root and bloom uniquely all over the world.
Parent representative Qing Wei, speaking in her dual role as a mother and educator, outlined her child's growth trajectory from dependence to independence through the tender details of “good night note on the door” and “going to bed 20 minutes later than mom”. SHe gave special thanks to the teaching team and sent a message to the graduates who will be traveling soon: "Home will always be a harbor for you, and the independence and resilience Sedbergh taught you, will eventually make you grow into your own light in the dark."
The graduates of the Class of 2025 walked onto the stage one by one, and Kelly Lin Superintendent and Kevin Zhang Executive Principal awarded graduation certificates to each student. Each student's college acceptance notice flashed on the big screen synchronously, from which they will depart for the world.
Ceremony live performance stage wonderful, singing, ...... Each program carries memories, and the story of youth never ends.
Happy graduation, we'll meet again!
